One finish rather than a catalogue of them. Polyurethane is sprayed onto a prepared substrate in our own booth, cured, then flatted and polished — which is what gives a plain panel depth of colour and an edge that reads as part of the shutter rather than a strip stuck to it.
Gloss or matte is the second decision, and it is the one a client actually notices.

From your drawing to a closed shutter.
Drawing and specification
You send an opening size and a design, or a drawing to work from. We confirm the system, the infill and the finish before anything is cut.
Manufacture
Aluminium systems and hardware carry our own label. Glass, mirror, paint and wood-based infills are sourced to the specification. Assembly and fabrication happen in our own factory.
Quality check
Incoming material is checked on arrival and every finished panel is checked before it leaves. Catching a bad panel in the factory costs a panel. Catching it on site costs the job.
Delivery
Finished panels are delivered to the project site by our own team, so handling damage sits with us rather than with a courier.
