Drawing and specification
You send an opening size and a design, or a drawing to work from. We confirm the system, the infill and the finish before anything is cut.
Manufacture
Aluminium systems and hardware carry our own label. Glass, mirror, paint and wood-based infills are sourced to the specification. Assembly and fabrication happen in our own factory.
Quality check
Incoming material is checked on arrival and every finished panel is checked before it leaves. Catching a bad panel in the factory costs a panel. Catching it on site costs the job.
Delivery
Finished panels are delivered to the project site by our own team, so handling damage sits with us rather than with a courier.
Installation
Installation is part of the supply, not a separate trade you have to coordinate. One company owns the result from drawing to closed shutter.

Service requests come to us directly, whether they come from you or from the end client.

Assembly and fabrication happen in our own unit rather than being farmed out. That is what makes a made to size order practical: a panel that comes back wrong gets remade on the same floor instead of going back into somebody else's queue.
